New Car Registration Requirements :

Documents required for Car Registration

Form No 20 - With Registered Owner's Signiture.
Form No 21 - Sale Certifate from Dealers.
Form No 22 - PUC Certificate & Chassis Print from Dealer.
Cetifcate of State Sales Tax Paid from Dealer.
Invoice copy from dealer.
Invoice copy from manufacturer.
Octroi N.O.C & Octroi Reciept from dealer.
Add proff of customers (Telephone Bill, Electric Bill or Passport copy).
Pan card copy or form no 60. with signiture.
Insurance copy.
If there is any finacnce case You need a finance letter & rubber stamp on Form 20.

Removal of Hypothecation :

Documents Required For Hypothecation

Form NO 35. (Owners, finance company and bank rubberstamp).
N.O.C letter of finance company.
Orignal (R.C book and insurance copy)

Hypothecation :

Documents Required For Hypothecation

Form.no 34 (2)nos with registered owner & bank rubber stamp with signature.
Letter to RTO of finance Company.
Orignal R.C.book & Insurance copy.

Transfer of Documents :

Original R.C. Book
Form 28. (3.nos) with seller signature
Form 29. (2.nos) with seller and purchaser signature
Form 30. (1.nos) with seller and purchaser signature
5 Chassis Print in orignal
ADD Proff of purchase
Insurance copy of valid

Other State Registration :

Orignal R.C book of state.
N.O.C from same RTO/ Chassis Print.
Form no 20, 26, 27, 29, 30, FT, (Written Owners Signiture).
ADD Proff (Telephone Bill, Electric Bill or Passport copy).
Pan card copy or form no 60. with signiture.
Invoice copy of Vehicles.

Driving Licence :

1. Age Proof (Age should be above 18 years)
2. Residence Proof
3. Photo (8 Photos)
4. Form from RTO
   
   First an Learning Licence (LLR) will be given valid for 6 months . The Permanent Licence can be obtain after 1month from LLR.
